i absolutely hate to say this, but my room was so small, it felt like a closet, and the mattress was too soft, definitely not what i expected! and don’t even get me started on the overpriced rates during the holidays. i had hoped for a complimentary gesture to redeem this experience but guess what? nothing happened.

The no-window room felt stuffy, prompting an upgrade for a more comfortable stay. The air conditioning was tricky to adjust, and the front of the beds sagged from wear, which was noticeable after sitting down. Room layout was awkward with the bed tucked into a slot, limiting access.

Can't recommend highly enough for a brief sojourn

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, the helpful location made it easy to explore the area and discover nearby eateries, all while being conveniently located just 5 km from Taipei Songshan.

The staff were super helpful, even doing my laundry! The room was cozy and clean, and the hot/cold water refill station was a nice touch. Location-wise, it's super convenient with Family Mart and multiple subway lines nearby. Great stay overall! 😊

I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my Deluxe Double Room. The location was ideal, close to great eateries and only a short walk to the metro station. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating during my stay.

super comfy stay!

I stayed for 1 night with friends and had a lovely time. The staff were super friendly and helped us check in early. The room was clean and had a cozy bed. Really close to the MRT, so getting around was easy. Just wish they had a conditioner in the room. Otherwise, great experience!

Just a solid selection for a quick weekend visit in Taipei with decent value for money. The staff was very accommodating, quickly addressing a door issue I had with my room. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper because the noise can be bothersome at night.

The hotel has a fantastic location near a Family Mart and several eateries, making it super convenient for late-night snacks. Our kids loved the clean, modern touch in the rooms just as much as they enjoyed the festive decorations. Plus, our family dog felt right at home too!

My wife says that the soundproofing needs improvement.
